Homepage

The hero slideshow at the top of the page can contain images. 

Create a Gallery

1. Create a Gallery of Images
2. Add an Image
3. Add overlay text to the description field. Make sure text is as heading 2
4. Save

Once a homepage gallery has been created, images can be added, deleted or rearranged as needed.

Connect Homepage Element to Gallery

1. Go to the resource element at the top of the homepage
2. Click into the settings
3. Click browse to select the desired gallery

Once the element is pointing to a gallery, the slideshow can be maintained and updated directly from the gallery. 

This panel is consist of 3 areas.

• 1 content element - for title and overview text
• Container - for preloaded image and learn more Seacrest button
• 4 content elements - for tabs

To edit title and overview text

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the subtitle in header content area. Make sure subtitle is as heading 6
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Modify text.
8. Save updates

To edit preloaded image and learn more Seacrest button

1. Hover over the container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
3. Change image in header content area. 
4. Update the button in footer content area. Button style - '22_green-button'
5. Save and Publish

To edit tabs content

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Change image in header content area
5. Update the link in footer content area. 
6. Save
7. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
8. Modify text.
9. Save updates

This panel is made up of 2 separate components.

• Content element - for title and overview text
• Resources gallery - for voices

To edit title and overview text

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window.

6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content

To edit title

1. Hover over the container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the subtitle in header content area. Make sure text is as heading 6
5. Save and Publish

To edit tab title

1. Hover over the tab and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title.
3. Click Save.

To change news stories

1. Hover on the Posts and click on 'Settings' cog.
2. Expand the Content Filters panel.
3. Click on Select Board and select the board/boards that need to display.
4. Expand the +Design and Update the View All News link from footer content.
5. Click Save. 

To add a news article.

1. Click on the 'Modules' icon to the left of Composer and select 'Posts'.
2. Click on ‘Boards’ and select the desired folder
3. Select the board representing the category the new article will belong to and click on the ‘New Post’ button at the top right of the interface.
4. Add the title of the article to the Post title field.
5. Add the article content to the ‘Body Content’ content editor.
6. Add the article date to the ‘Start’ field at the top right.
7. Open the ‘Summary’ panel and click into the content editor.
8. Type in a single short paragraph introducing the article (up to 20 words). 
9. Open the ‘Category & Tags’ panel.
10. Add or select the tags you wish to apply to the article.
11. Open the ‘Thumbnail & Resources’ panel.
12. Click on the ‘Browse’ button and choose or upload a new photo in Resources.
13. Save and publish the article.

To change calendar source

1. Click into the element settings
2. Expand the +General Settings from Edit Calendar Element Settings
3. Select the desired calendars
4. Expand the +Design and Update the View Full Calendar link from footer content.
5. Click Save.

This panel is consist of 3 areas.

• Container - for background image
• 1 Content element - for title and overview text
• 4 Content elements - for infographics

To change background image

1. Hover over the Container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
3. Browse to source new image.
4. Click Save

To edit title and overview text

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the subtitle in header content area. Make sure subtitle is as heading 6
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Modify text. Button style - '22_button-on-dark-1 + 22_blue-button'
8. Save updates

To edit infographics

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Replace the current title of the element with a numerical statistic 
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Change infographic image in header content area
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Modify text.
8. Save updates

This panel is consist of 3 areas.

• Container - for title
• Resource element - for college slider
• Content element - for start your journey text

To edit title

1. Hover over the container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window.

5. Save and Publish

To edit start your journey text

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the subtitle in header content area. Make sure subtitle is as heading 6
5. Update the button in header content area. Button style - '22_blue-button'
6. Save
