Meet the Advancement Team

Heather joined Seacrest in September 2017 as Development Associate, bringing with her deep experience in independent school advancement and community engagement.

Before moving to Southwest Florida, Heather spent 13 years in the Development Office at The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey. She began as an administrative assistant in the Annual Fund and was later promoted to Events Manager, a role she held until relocating to Marco Island with her husband, Tim. Having visited Marco Island since 1998, Heather and Tim were excited to make the area their home.

Heather’s background in independent schools gives her a strong understanding of the importance of meaningful relationships, continued engagement, and philanthropic support in sustaining a vibrant school community.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Art from Ferrum College. Heather and Tim have two grown children: Sophie, a graduate of Southern Methodist University who lives and works in Dallas, Texas, and Anthony, a graduate of East Carolina University and an Airman in the U.S. Navy training to become a rescue swimmer.

Outside of Seacrest, Heather and Tim enjoy boating, fishing, dining, and exploring all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
