Who are the RoboRays?

Get to know Team 1744

Team 1744, also known as the RoboRays, is a high school robotics team that competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). FRC is an international competition where teams design, build, and program industrial-sized robots to compete in themed challenges.The RoboRays are based in Naples, Florida, and were established in 2006. They work on fostering STEM education within their community while building competitive robots. They also emphasize teamwork, innovation, and outreach, often participating in events to inspire younger students and the general public to get involved in robotics and STEM fields.
