Aftercare

Aftercare is designed for parents who may need until 5:30 p.m. to pick up their Lower School child from school.

Aftercare is available for students in Preschool through grade 5. For students in grades 6-8 Study Hall is available. It is run in conjunction with our S.E.A. programs. 

 

Registration

All students must be enrolled in order to attend Aftercare. Emergency drop-ins are permitted. You must notify via email your child’s teacher, the front desk, and the Aftercare Director when needed.  

Enrollment is completed monthly. When enrolling, select the day(s) your child will attend. Selecting a day will reserve your child's space each of that day for the whole month. For example, if there are 4 Monday school days that month, you will be charged for 4 days. 

Discounts are offered for enrollment 3 or more days of the week. Please see below for details.

* Registration is open for the first semester beginning August 1

* Registration closes 48 hours before the 1st of the month, with the exception of August

* A late registration fee of $10 will apply the week leading up to the 1st of the month, with the exception of August

Drop-in Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of drop-ins, there are three payment methods available: 10 punch card, 20 punch card, or emergency drop-in charge.

10+1 Punch Card

You can purchase a 10 day punch card for $250 (10 drop-ins at $25). As a thank you for pre-paying your drop-ins, this card entitled you to a free 11th day!

20+2 Punch Card

You can purchase a 20 day punch card for $500 (20 drop-ins at $25). As a thank you for pre-paying your drop-ins, this card entitled you to two free days!

*Please note, punch cards can be shared by siblings

Emergency Drop-Ins

If for any reason your child needs to attend after school, you will be charged a single session fee ($25) via FACTS or you can purchase a punch card within one week to cover the cost.

Change of Plans

There may be instances where you need to modify your schedule.  If this occurs, email the After School and Enrichment Coordinator ASAP.

* Please note all changes must be made in a timely fashion and are subject to the discretion of the After School and Enrichment Coordinator.

Cost

The cost of Aftercare is dependent on the number of days your child is registered. Please note the prices below:

Drop-in: $25/day

One or Two days per week: $18/day

Three or more days per week: $15/day

• If your child is absent, you are still responsible for that day's enrollment fee
• A late fee of $1 per minute will apply for pick-up after 5:30 pm
• There is a $5 non-refundable registration fee per child. 
• Registration must be completed for each child separately.
