Hands-on science activities and labs rooted in sustainability, chemistry, and physics, led by Middle School science teacher, Mr. Mendoza.

During the math sessions with Mr. Jobe, students will learn how algebra tiles can be a helpful, hands-on tool to comprehend prealgebra basics. Students will calculate the heights of tall objects around campus using shadows and check their calculations using a trig-angle tool they will construct. Students will also compete in a 5-day Stock Market challenge. Additional topics include mathematics in sports, useful math technology, and Mr. Jobe’s famous logic riddles.

Added bonus: camp attendance will excuse students from the Summer Math Packet.
