Winterfest

I have acknowledged and executed this release on this date:   January_____, 2026. 

During Winterfest we have activities planned with outside vendors. It is important to understand that parents are responsible for the safety of their children while attending this event. 

• Seacrest School, Inc., d/b/a Seacrest Country Day School (“Seacrest”) shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained in or about the premises. 
   
• Seacrest does not assume any responsibility for the following activities: dunk tank, bounce house, foam snow booth, or Dynamic Seawall Maintenance System, Inc. who is providing the tractor for the winter ride in addition to any lost or stolen articles. 
   
• User assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to the user in or about the premises, and fully and forever releases and discharges Seacrest, its trustees, administrators, employees or agents, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the user’s use or intended use of the third party equipment.
