Aftercare

Aftercare provides a safe, supervised environment for students who need to remain on campus beyond the regular school day. Advance registration is required for all students, though emergency drop-ins are permitted when needed.

Registration

Enrollment is completed monthly. When registering, families should select the day or days their child will attend. Each selected day reserves the student’s space for every occurrence of that weekday during the month.

For example, selecting Mondays in a month with four school-day Mondays will result in a charge for four days.

Families registering for three or more days per week receive a discounted daily rate.

Registration details:

• First-semester registration opens July 15.
• Registration closes 48 hours before the first day of each month, with the exception of August.
• A $10 late registration fee applies during the week leading up to the first of the month, with the exception of August.
• Registration must be completed separately for each child.
• A nonrefundable $5 registration fee applies per child.

Drop-In Options

Families who need occasional care may purchase a punch card or use the emergency drop-in option.

10+1 Punch Card

• Purchase a 10-day punch card for $250 and receive an 11th day at no additional charge.

20+2 Punch Card

• Purchase a 20-day punch card for $500 and receive two additional days at no charge.
• Punch cards may be shared by siblings.

Emergency Drop-Ins

• Emergency drop-ins are permitted when needed. Families must notify the student’s teacher, the Front Desk, and the Aftercare Director by email.
• A $25 single-session fee will be charged through FACTS. Families may also purchase a punch card within one week to cover the session.

Changes to Your Schedule

We understand that plans may change. Please email the After School and Enrichment Coordinator as soon as possible if you need to adjust your child’s schedule.

All changes must be submitted in a timely manner and are subject to availability and approval by the After School and Enrichment Coordinator.

Cost

• Aftercare rates are based on the number of days a student is registered to attend each week:
  • Drop-in care: $25 per day
  • One or two days per week: $18 per day
  • Three or more days per week: $15 per day
• Families remain responsible for the scheduled daily fee when a student is absent.
• A late pickup fee of $15, plus $1 for each additional minute, applies after 5:00 p.m.
