Baseball

Ridge has been teaching at Seacrest since 2019, after graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Education and Integrated Studies. . Ridge moved to Naples from New York in 2012, played his senior year season at Gulf Coast High School, and walked on at State College of Florida before transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University to pursue his education.  He joined the Seacrest Baseball staff as an assistant coach in 2019 and took over as the Head Coach in 2021.   In five full seasons coaching at Seacrest, Ridge has been a part of three district championships, and a state runner-up in 2019. In 2020, the varsity baseball team was 9-1 before being shut down due to COVID-19. In the fall and summer, Ridge also manages the Gulfside Gators Baseball Academy.

Michael McGann was born and raised in Michigan. A Wolverine in heart but a Spartan in soul. Mike is a retired military veteran (Navy) and has traveled far and wide across the globe. A graduate from George Washington University (BS) and the University of Texas (MEd), he has been fortunate to learn from some great teachers and experience incredible life changing events.  He joined the Seacrest staff during the 2022-23 school year after being an assistant coach at another local high school.  MIke also worked with the Gulfside Gators Baseball Program directing camps and travel teams.
