Tech Support for the Seacrest Upper School is complete in-house by our IT Department. We have a robust BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) network that permits students to connect their laptops, tablets and phones. This is a secure network with WPA2 enterprise encryption. We also have a strong web filtration system keeping our students safe. The school also offers a bank of PCs and a checkout program for school-owned laptops. We also have laptops for student use in our US Science Center. Should students ever require any assistance with their technology, they simply sign in to their G Suite for education account and select FreshDesk (if unable, they will ask a Seacrest Faculty member to do so) from the App Launcher. This will enable the students to place a ticket with IT for a swift resolution.
