Seacrest Seminars

The Seacrest Seminars are scheduled at various times during the school year. These informal evenings are seen as a way for members of our community-parents, teachers, and friends-to continue their own life-long learning. The topics of the Seminars will be as diverse as our community itself. More detailed information on the individual topics, when scheduled, may be found throughout this website.

An example of one of our past seminars was: How Do We Keep our Healthy Kids Healthy? which was conducted by Renee Soulis who is a frequent presenter and keynote speaker at education and health care conferences. In recent years, she has spoken at conferences sponsored by the National Association of Independent Schools, National Association of Episcopal Schools, Association for the Advancement of International Education, and the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools.

This workshop helped parents understand the unique and essential role they play in keeping their kids drug-free during childhood and adolescence and gave parents the tools and confidence they needed to address these issues with their children.
