The Seacrest Track and Field team competed at the 5th Annual Jim Smith Invitational, hosted by Golden Gate High School. Hot sun and strong gusts of wind made a challenging racing environment, but several athletes achieved new personal records anyway.

Based on her personal record, Rebecca is ranked first in the region, ranked second in District 1A and tied for 17th in the state. She also ran a personal best (1:06.59) in the open 400 Meter Dash.
Senior Zyan Alfrey earned team points with an 8th place finish in the boys Triple Jump, leaping 5.3 Meters (17.4 feet).
